In this clip, Van Lathan opened up about producing the film "Two Distant Strangers," starring Joey Bada$$. He explained that he, along with his Six Feet Over partners, Nic Maye and Travon Free, brainstormed ideas for a new project, which led to Travon writing up a rough draft of the film in a short amount of time. From there, Diddy, Kevin Durant, and Terrence J got on board as producers, and they eventually sold the film to Netflix for millions. Van then spoke about the movie winning an Oscar, which he called a "divine" moment, which you can hear more about above.
