They are waiting to be processed by Border Patrol, but the agency is not staffed to keep up with the sheer number of them as more migrants are expected. 2 Pak nationals sent back home through Atari border on completion of prison terms

Two Pakistani nationals, who were lodged in Indian jails were sent back home through the Atari border on August 27. One of them, a juvenile, was arrested for illegally crossing the international border.
