Candidates must seek rally permits from COMELEC, no longer only from LGUs

#BilangPilipino2022 | Aside from LGUs, COMELEC spokesperson James Jimenez says candidates for the 2022 elections are now required to seek permits from the poll body before conducting a rally. He also tells #Agenda that the violation of health protocols during the activity will be considered an election offense, which may result in imprisonment or disqualification.
