Group size limit for dining in, social gatherings in Singapore down to 2 from Sep 27

"We are seeing tremendous strains on our healthcare system and our health care workers and that’s why we need these additional measures to slow down the spread of infection," said Minister Lawrence Wong on Friday (Sep 24) as he outlined new COVID-19 rules in Singapore.

From Monday, social gatherings and dining in will be limited to two people, down from the current five. Work-from-home will be the default for those who are able to do so as well.
