In the latest clip, Omar Gooding offered his thoughts on his brother, Cuba Gooding Jr., winning the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role in "Jerry Maguire." He recalled receiving a hint that his brother would win after a media network requested to film his reaction once the winner was announced. Omar admitted to thinking his brother would lose to Edward Norton, who was nominated for his role in "Primal Fear." He took great pride in his brother’s win and felt the award was a win for Black actors and people, as a whole. Despite his brother’s win, Omar stated that he didn’t feel any pressure to follow in his brother’s footsteps and win an Oscar as well.
