Rise in COVID-19 community cases in Singapore “not unexpected”: Kenneth Mak

Speaking on relaxed measures since Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), the Singapore health ministry’s director of medical services Kenneth Mak said on Friday (Sep 3) that "the rise in number of COVID-19 cases in the community is not unexpected”.
