This unit is weatherproof and is compatible with 120V AC. This exhaust-only fan features non-sparking, non-metallic fan blades that actively prevent sparks from occurring. This IP54-rated unit features a carrying handle and rubber feet.
The EPF-VFP-8-120V-NFK-15C-16.3-EPP explosion proof exhaust-only ventilation fan is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; and Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G hazardous locations. This ventilation fan is designed to extract explosive gases, vapors, dust, fumes, fibers and flyings in hazardous and combustible environments. This fan operates on 120V AC while drawing only 5.2 amps at startup.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof exhaust fan offers 3,600 RPM via a 1/3 horsepower motor and is capable of providing 1,150 CFM of air flow. This unit features an 8” inlet for connecting 8” ducts (duct not included) and an external on/off switch. An external grounding lug for grounding ducting components to the fan is included. This unit offers a T3B temperature rating and comes equipped with 15 feet of 16/3 SOOW cord with an explosion proof cord cap. Suitable applications include factories, basements, confined spaces, and more.
