India is cleaning up after days of deadly monsoon rains in the western states of Maharashtra and Goa. Floods and landslides have killed more than 160 people. The rain has stopped in most places and water levels are receding. The authorities are focusing on restoring electricity, but efforts have been hampered by overflowing rivers that have cut off access to villages. At least 60 people remain missing after landslides.
