Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s attorney, Rita Glavin, spoke to the media. Cuomo resigned in August 2021 after the state attorney general released an independent investigation that found he sexually harassed women. His arraignment on a misdemeanor charge for forcible touching will be held in January 2022, according to documents filed in Albany City Court.
