Former Massachusetts Gov. Jane Swift remembers praying, feeling called to lead on 9/11

"People needed to see their leader — And frankly. Up until that point, I was not a popular leader. I was an unelected leader — But in a moment of crisis, none of that really mattered," said former Gov. Jane Swift. "The public needed a leader to stand up and to say something definitive and strong, to make them feel like someone was in control and to bring some order to a chaotic situation."
