DBS says digital services back to normal, apologises for ‘unacceptable’ two-day disruption

Digital services at Singapore’s largest bank have returned to normal after two days of outage. DBS has reassured customers that systems remain secure and were not the target of a cyberattack. The bank has also apologised, calling it "unacceptable" that access was disrupted for an extended period of time. DBS had earlier identified the disruption as a problem with its access control servers. It added that it is reviewing the events of the week and will take steps to prevent future recurrences.
