COVID-19: New Zealand mulls vaccination passports, wants 90% of people inoculated

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern wants to make the country a world leader in COVID-19 vaccinations. She said inoculating 90 per cent of the country’s eligible population is key to easing restrictions and would do away with the need for lockdowns. So far, about 40 per cent of the population has been given both doses of a vaccine.
