Both North and South Korea test ballistic missiles as tensions rise

There are fears of an arms race on the Korean peninsula. Both North and South Korea have tested ballistic missiles just hours apart, ratcheting up tensions in the region. South Korea has successfully launched a ballistic missile from its newly commissioned Ahn Changho submarine. It’s only the seventh country in the world with such technology, and the first to do so without nuclear weapons. The twin tests come as China’s foreign minister Wang Yi visits Seoul.
